Remote support is a service provided by vendor or reseller, which permits Technical Engineers to help end-users to solve Firewall, Server, Backup, Storage, and other computer problems remotely. This can be done either by using a software application that provides screen sharing and allows control to the Support Engineer. While on-site support is provided by the reseller or vendor on the premise of the Customer or client to resolve hardware or software problems.
Micro Image has certified Engineers (CCNA, CCNA, MCP, MCTS) that would help the client in solving problems with their hardware and software.
Micro Image provides on-site and remote support to clients on troubleshooting of Hardware or Software problems.
